We made German Chocolate Cheese Cake from mommy's kitchen. Pretty good, just remember to keep in the fridge!

Baked Spaghetti

















Baked Spaghetti

Ingredients:
  • 1lb ground beef
  • favorite spaghetti sauce
  • 1 16oz container of spaghetti noodles
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Italian mix of shredded cheese
  • Pepperoni (optional)
  • Mushrooms (optional)
  • Parsley Flakes

Instructions:
  • boil pasta in water
  • cook ground beef
  • warm sauce in sauce pan
  • combine beef, sauce, spaghetti, pepperoni, mushrooms in baking dish
  • top with cheese, garnish with parsley flakes
  • bake for 15 min at 400 degrees
  • serve with garlic break or sticks
 

Quick and Easy Breakfast Sandwich

















Ingredients:
  • English Muffin
  • Ham
  • 1 egg
  • tablespoon milk
  • cheese
Instructions:
  • Beat eggs and milk together and cook in circle
  • Heat up ham and cheese in microwave
  • Throw together the sandwich, excellent served with hash browns

Protein Power Scramble


Protein Power Scramble

Ingredients

  • 1 to 1 1/2 cup southern style hash browns
  • 2 eggs
  • chunked ham
  • shredded cheese (Cheddar or Colby-jack)
  • 1/8 cup diced onion (optional)
  • 1/8 cup diced pepper (optional)
Instructions
  • saute hash browns, onion, peppers until some are slightly brown
  • add ham to hash browns and warm through
  • add beaten eggs
  • fold mixture together, cook till eggs are done
  • add cheese and heat till melted
  • Serve with buttered toast

Stuffed French toast


Stuffed French toast

Ingredients-
  • 2 slices of Texas Toast
  • Egg
  • 1 Tbls milk
  • Cinnamon
  • Peanut Butter
  • 1 Banana
  • Butter
  • Maple Syrup
Instructions-
  • Beat egg, milk, and a little cinnamon in small bowl
  • Spread peanut butter generously onto a slice of Texas toast. Cover with sliced banana.
  • Dip outer sides of Texas toast in egg mixture. 
  • Place together in sandwich and toast on a griddle. 
  • Butter and warm syrup and enjoy!
